This article will show you how to send customized professional reminder calls or text messages to all your Practice Fusion patients. If you want to send affordable appointment reminder calls and texts from Practice Fusion, you can use the service from 1-800 Notify by simply printing your daily schedule to a PDF file and uploading it to your HIPAA secure account. It's very easy to setup and use. Once you get going, it just takes about 3 minutes a day to call all your patients!

Save your Practice Fusion Phone List View to a PDF File
Login to Practice Fusion.
Click the Schedule icon on the left edge.
- In the upper right corner of the screen, select:
PHONE LIST VIEW,
The DATE of the appointments for which you want to send reminders,
Then click PRINT.
- In the Print Preview window, make sure you see the Phone List View and the correct calendar and date for your reminders. Then click Printer icon in the middle of the top of the page.
5. Select the your PDF printer like "Save to PDF" from the selection.
and click Print.
NOTE: If you don't have the "Save to PDF" option, you’ll need to have a PDF print driver installed. There are several options you can select, but we have tried a free option called PrimoPDF from http://www.primopdf.com/. 6. When saving your PDF File, select a Folder on your computer that you will remember or use your Desktop (TIP: You could create a folder on your Desktop called “1-800 Notify”)
REMOVE ALL COMMAS FROM THE FILE NAME: Wednesday, September 13, 2017.pdf should be changed to something without commas, like 07-13-17.pdf
Adjust the file name for the date of the agenda you are printing – for example Oct. 4, 2015 would be named Practice Fusion 07-05-16 (Don’t use “/” as they aren’t allowed).
Next, log into your account at www.1800notify.com and upload this file and schedule when you want the reminder calls or text messages to start.
