If you are using Greenway Intergy Practice Management and the standard report is exporting in PDF instead of TXT (which we require), or if you are not given the chance to change the report file name to the date (which we recommend), then you or someone with administrator rights, can make adjustments inside Intergy to correct these issues.
1. Login to Intergy Practice Management Settings.
2. Go into Report Settings.
3. Locate the Phone Tree report.
4. Edit the settings to adjust the format to "TXT" instead of "PDF"
Check the box "Prompt for file name every time" at the bottom of the settings.
5. Save your settings.
