Appointment Reminders with Care Cloud (CareCloud) and 1-800 Notify

How to send patient appointment reminders from Care Cloud EHR.  This article shows you how to send patient appointment reminder calls from your Care Cloud EHR system using the 1-800 Notify (www.1800notify.com) service.

1. Log into CareCloud.

2. Click on the Calendar to view Appointments.

Make sure to select the correct date for which you want to send reminders.

Select the provider(s).

Select the locations(s)

3. Click the PRINTER icon in the upper right corner.  Then select APPOINTMENT LIST from the pop-up.

4. Next, you will see the patient appointment list appear on the screen.

Verify that the patients, providers, location and date all look correct.

Then hover the mouse over the screen to see the controls appear - click the DISK icon to save this report as an Adobe PDF file.

If you are given the choice, save the file in a name and location that is easy to find when you need to upload it to 1-800 Notify - e.g. 06-25-2015.pdf (would be for June 25, 2015 appointments).
