How do we text? We can auto-detect if the phone number you entered is a valid mobile phone or a land line. If it's a mobile phone and you want us to send a text message reminder, we'll do it.

STEP 1: Select the Location and Date of Appointments
Bring up the Eyefinity OfficeMate scheduling screen.
If you have more than one location, click the tab at the bottom to select the location for which you wish to remind patients.
Now, select the date of the appointments.
STEP 2: Print the selected appointments to an Adobe PDF file.
The next step is to save your selected schedule as an Adobe PDF file.
NOTE: You’ll need to have a PDF print driver installed so you can save your printed schedules to a PDF file. If you don't have one, we can recommend the free PrimoPDF -- Learn more about installing PrimoPDF in this related article: https://1800notify.zendesk.com/entries/53002209
Bring up the printer dialog box, by hitting Ctrl+P or selecting File > Print from the menu.
From the printer dialog box, select a PDF Printer. (In this example it's called PDF Writer, but you can typically use any PDF printer).
Next, we recommend naming the pdf print file something meaningful like the name of the location and the date of the files. For example if you were exporting the 10-12-2015 schedule from the Main clinic, you might name the file MAIN-10-12-2015.pdf
Save the file and you're done with the export!
STEP 3: Securely Upload that File to your account on www.1800notify.com
