Why use this?
Maybe an automated IVR posting into Epic did not work as expected. You have some information about the payment, but don't know the account number or name. For example, you may have:
Auth. Code
Payment Amount
Payment Date
But you need to find:
Guarantor Account Number
Name and other details
How to do this:
Step 1- Login to the 1800 Notify portal (www.1800notify.com).
If your organization uses SSO - Single Sign On, then use the link provided by your management team.
Step 2- After logging in:
1- Click IVR, 2- Click CALL LOGS, 3- Search by AUTH CODE, or payment amount.
You can also search for "PP-fail" in the same search box.
4-Click search.
You will be able to see the date/time of the call, name of the account holder, guarantor account number, and payment amount.
Step 3- Click on the row of data to bring up the full audit trail of this call like this:
