This article shows you how to download your IVR Call Logs into a Comma Separated Variable (CSV) file that you can open in any spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Login to your account at www.1800notify.com
1- Click the IVR tab
2- Click the CALL LOGS sub tab.
3- Select the Time Period
Options are as shown.
To select a specific period, choose CUSTOM and set your dates.
After setting your Time Period, then click DOWNLOAD
Depending on your browser settings, your file may be downloaded to the "Downloads" folder or your browser will ask you where to save the file.
Locate the file and open it in your spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel.
