Agent Assisted IVR Release

1800 Notify is pleased to announce the release of its Agent Assisted Payment IVR Portal.

General Use Cases:

Epic Systems Users - collect up to 4 visit prepayments in a single call.

Epic Systems Users - collect established balances with optional Bad Debt payment collection

All Other Systems - collect an established balance amount
