This article will show you how to send customized professional reminder calls or text messages to all your GlaceEMR (Glace EMR) from Glenwood Systems patients. If you want to send affordable appointment reminder calls and texts from Practice Fusion, you can use the service from 1-800 Notify by simply saving your DSR - Doctor Schedule Report to an html file (Web Page, complete) and uploading it to your HIPAA secure account. STEP 1: Save your DSR Report (Doctor Schedule Report) to an HTML Webpage, Complete file.
1.1 Login to GlaceEMR (Glace EMR)
1.2 Bring up the Schedule and select the date of the appointments you wish to export for reminders.
1.2 Select More - Print DSR
1.3 Verify the date and patients look correct, then right-click and Save Page As...
1.4 Be sure you know where the file is being saved and re-name the file as the date of the appointments (e.g. 11-5-18) and make sure it's Web Page, Complete in Save as Type.
STEP 2: Login to www.1800notify.com and upload this file to start the reminders.
