STEP 1: Export your Detailed schedule report to an Excel file.
1.1 Bring up the Calendar and pick the date for which you want to send reminders.
1.2 In the left menu, select Detailed Report under the Reports section, then click Export to Excel.
1.3 Make sure you know where the Excel file is being saved (you'll need to find it to upload it to 1-800 Notify), and rename the file to the date of the appointments.
STEP 2: Upload the Excel file to your account in 1-800 Notify and schedule when to start the calls or texts.
