This means you have lost your connection to the internet from your computer.

How to resolve this issue:

1.  Close your browser windows (all, if possible)

2. Re-open your web browser.

3. Try to do a simple google search to verify you're connected to the Internet.

4. Re-open www.1800notify.com

5. Click Login and try again.
