You will see the Message Action icons in two places:
On the Job Upload Confirmation Screen
On the Notification List in the Home Screen.
You can click on the icons below to view the text, listen to the call or view the email.

Do Not Contact
This could mean one of three things:
1. The person has opted out of receiving a phone call.
Here's how that's handled inside 1-800 Notify:
2. The person has opted-out of receiving a text message.
For text messages, the person could reply "STOP" to any text message an by law, we need to stop sending them text messages until they reply with or send "UNSTOP" to our number: 1-888-855-1695

You can also opt-out a person from texting by adding them to the Contacts tab in your account.
3. The person has opted out of receiving email messages.
You can also opt-out a person from receiving emails using this article:
No Actions / Error
This means that the rules processing in the message did not generate any actions (not a call, text or email) to be sent to this person or that there was some other error that caused the message not to be generated.
Canceled by Rules
This means that the rules processing in this particular message canceled this message (so it will not send).
By default we hide the Canceled by Rules contacts from the Notification list and the Upload confirmation screens to eliminate clutter. If you want to see these contacts, then you have to select "Show CBR" from the pull down in the right side of the screen across from the "Notification List" -- learn more here: https://1800notify.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207268566
