How do you know when a message (call, text, or email) was sent out?

If you want to determine when a call, text or email was sent to a particular person, you will need to find that individual on the Notification List in the Home screen and look at the Msg Date and Msg Time.

1.  On the Home tab, use the Search button at the top of the Notification list to find the specific call, text or email you wish to locate.  Learn more about Search here:  https://1800notify.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053230592 

 

2. Once you locate the specific message, then scroll to the right to look for "Msg Time" and "Msg Date" to determine when the message was sent.

If the "Msg Time" and "Msg Date" are blank, then the message has not yet been sent.
