This article shows you how to remove or delete a person or specific people to prevent them from being notified on a specific job.

1. From the HOME tab, click to select a person or multiple people that you wish to delete.
HOW TO SELCECT MULTIPLE ITEMS / PEOPLE (NOTIFICATIONS)
Windows: Hold the Ctrl key and click to select items (people) not listed together. Or, hold the Shift key and click the top and bottom items to select the entire list.
Mac: Hold the Option key and click to select items (people) not listed together. Or, hold the Shift key and click the top and bottom items listed together to select the entire list of items.
2. Click the REMOVE NOTIFICATION button.
3. Review the pop-up information, and if everything looks correct, click "CONFIRM"
If you selected multiple items (people), you will see this type of pop up.
If you selected an individual item (person), you will set this type of pop up with the name of the selected item.
