How to create your 1800 Notify payment portal account

In order to pay an invoice from 1-800 Notify, or add or change a payment method, you'll need to setup an account on our payment processor (paysimple.com) - This article explains how to get that done.

 

Click this link to our payment portal here:

https://1800notify.mypaysimple.com/myaccount 

You will be able to create your account from the login page (or simply login, if you already created your payment account).

NOTE: This is NOT the same login as  you use to access the secure portal at www.1800notify.com to view your notifications, upload schedules, or view your IVR status.

Most of the time, you may not have an account setup on our payment processing site - PaySimple, so you'll want to create one by clicking the "Create one here." link

IMPORTANT: When you create your account, make sure to match up the name and email we have on your billing account.  If you need help with this, please either email us at support@1800notify.com or call us at 1-800-939-1853.

After you click "Create Account," you'll receive an email from

1-800 Notify <noreply@paysimple.com>

That will have a link to create/activate your account and set up your password and other security information.  Or, if you already had an account with your email address, you would have a link to change your password.
