How to create your 1800 Notify payment portal account (PaySimple)

We use PaySimple to manage our automated payments, and allow our clients to pay their invoices using credit cards or bank accounts.

In order to pay an invoice from 1-800 Notify, or add or change a payment method, you'll need to setup an account on our payment processor (paysimple.com) - This article explains how to get that done.

 

STEP 1: Click this link to our payment portal here:

https://1800notify.mypaysimple.com/myaccount 

You will be able to create your account from the login page (or simply login, if you already created your payment account).

NOTE: This is NOT currently the same login as  you use to access the secure portal at www.1800notify.com to view your notifications, upload schedules, or view your IVR status.

STEP 2:  Click the "Create one here" link at the top of the login page to get started.

STEP 3: Fill in the information - Name and Email associated with your billing account.

IMPORTANT: When you create your account, make sure to match up the name and email we have on your billing account.  If you need help with this, please either email us at support@1800notify.com or call us at 1-800-939-1853.

Click Create Account to see this message:

After you click "Create Account," you'll receive an email from 1-800 Notify <noreply@paysimple.com>

 

STEP 4: Depending on whether or not you have an account, you will receive 1 of 2 different emails.  (create acccount or change password)

 

4.1  IF YOU DO NOT YET HAVE AN ACCOUNT, YOU WILL SEE THIS EMAIL:  Confirm Email and Create a Password.

Click the link to go to this page:

By default, your email will become your username.  Leave it alone, or change it if you like.

Create a new password and click the "Complete Account Creation" button.

 

4.2  IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON PAYSIMPLE, YOU'LL SEE THIS EMAIL - Change your password.
