This article will show you how you can easily send appointment reminders (text or call) from your patients scheduled the inSync Healthcare Solutions system. In order to get your reminder free trial started, please visit our signup page: https://www.1800notify.com/signup/
1. Type "appointment" in the Quick Search bar and select "Appointments in Reports"
2. Click the Gray bar that says "Include Following Fields on the Report" to see the fields listed.
Check the two boxes:
Visit Type
Facility
3. In the Filters section below... make the following adjustments
Appointment Date - select the date you wish to export to send reminders
Facility - Select All
Visit/Block Status - Select Ready, Pending, & Confirm
Provider - Select All
Visit Type - Select All (or only Active)
4. Click Create New Query to save your report as a new query to be able to use it again.
5. To generate the report, click "Generate Report" then "Export Data"
This will export your data into an Excel file that you can upload to your account at www.1800notify.com
