This article describes how to create the tasks to send automated IVR reports by email on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

You need Admin rights to be able to adjust these settings. If you don't have Admin rights, please contact your 1800 Notify support team at support@1800notify.com and ask for help.
SAMPLE REPORT: (compares the most recent period - day/week/month to the previous period)
TO CREATE A NEW AUTOMATED EMAIL IVR REPORT
1. Click the ADMIN tab.
2. Click TASKS sub-tab.
3. Click the NEW button.
4. Complete the following fields
Name: Daily, Weekly or Monthly IVR Report (depending on your preference)
Task Type: IVR Report
Status: Active
EMail: A comma separated list of all the email addresses - sometimes it's easier to assemble the list in notepad and copy/paste it in.

Leave the Enable Error Alert checked.
Set the time zone to your local time zone.
Leave 5 attempts before fail and 10 minute intervals.
DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY SETTINGS:
For a DAILY REPORT use these settings: (sent every weekday)
For a WEEKLY REPORT sent on Monday, use these:
For a MONTHLY REPORT sent on the 1st day of the Month, use these:
Leave Skip Holiday and Skip Weekend unchecked.
Set the Hour to the time of day (in your local time zone, you want the report emailed)
Set the Minute to the minutes after the hour, you want the report sent.
Click SAVE AND CLOSE.
TIP: If you want to create a Daily, Weekly and Monthly report, then create the first one and use the DUPLICATE button to copy the first report task and edit it to create the rest of the tasks.
TIP: If you want to test out the report and send the emails now, then click the RUN NOW button.
