Making Well Woman Recall Appointment Reminders with Greenway Intergy and 1-800 Notify (was Vitera Intergy)

This article will show you how to run a recall report in Greenway Intergy (was Vitera Intergy) software in order to upload this report and have 1-800 Notify do your calls (or text messages) to patients to remind them to schedule their appointments.  A typical use might be for an OB/GYN office that has to remind their patients to schedule their annual well woman recall appointments.

1. Start Intergy.

2. Go to the REPORTS area.

3. Type Recall - to locate the RECALL report.

4. Enter relevant information to bring up the correct recall report.
   
   Examples: Time Frame (date from) - (date to)
   
   Type: e.g. "Well Woman"

5. Run the Report

6. Print the Report to a PDF file (name this file something like "RECALLS-JULY-2014.pdf")
   
   Instead of printing the report to a printer in your office, you will select a PDF printer from the drop down list.

NOTE: If you need help getting a PDF print driver, please visit https://www.foxitsoftware.com and download their free print driver.  Once you install this, you will see the FoxIt PDF print driver appear on the list of printers on your computer.
