This article shows how you can export your MD Connection call list to send customized appointment reminder calls to all your scheduled patients using 1-800 Notify.

How to Export the Appointment Call List

1.) Log into your MD Connection system.

2.) Click the APPT button at the top.

3.) Click the CALL LIST button above the mini-calendar.

4.) Select the date for the schedules you want to export from the mini-calendar.

5.) Click the EXPORT button at the bottom.

6.) Now you will be in the SAVE AS window, where you can adjust where (folder location) the file is stored and change the name if needed.  The file name may be fine.  

Just check it so that it says something about the date of the appointments you are exporting (e.g. 2014-5-14) and is in a location that is easy for you to find when you have to upload it to your account on 1-800 Notify's web site. (e.g. File Name: 2014-5-14 and Location: Desktop)

7.)  You're DONE!
