This article shows you how to receive a temporary password by email, if you can remember your username.

NOTE: If you cannot remember your username, then please contact support at email@example.com or call 1-800-939-1853.
1. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot password link on the login page from www.1800notify.com
2. Type your username in the window and click SEND TEMPORARY PASSWORD.
3. If you enter the wrong username, then you will see this message. If you cannot remember your username, then please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-939-1853.
4. If you entered a valid username, then you will see this message saying a temporary password was send to your email address associated with your username.
5. Usually in less than a few minutes, you will receive an email from email@example.com that will contain your temporary password.
6. Go ahead and login with your username and this temporary password.
When you login with your temporary password, for security purposes, you will be prompted to change your permanent password.
Enter your temporary password as your "Current Password", then create a new secure password.
