Troubleshooting SSO Issues

It can be helpful to see the response you are receiving when SSO does not work.

Please copy/paste and send to your 1800 Notify technical support person... the console response you are seeing (3) below from your browser Network (usually F12 on Google Chrome will show the console), but check the article above.
