Below is a sample phone call and text message for when a patient misses an appointment. These are typcially sent the next working day after the patient missed their appointment. Usually, you mark a "NO-SHOW" in your scheduling system and then when you send us yesterday's schedule, our system can see the "NO-SHOW" statuses and only send notices to those patients.
We can auto-detect a valid mobile phone and will send a text message reminder to that mobile phone, if you desire.
All landline phones (as we determine with our database) will receive phone calls.
