How to Generate an IVR Date Range Comparison Report

This report will compare your IVR Autopay by Phone performance across 2 date ranges.  For example, you could compare last month to the month before to see trends.


1. Log into your portal at

2. Click the IVR tab.

3. Click the REPORTS sub-tab.

4. Click on the Date Range Comparison report.



5. Select the Time Period for the report.


6. The report will be downloaded in PDF format to your computer.
