Sometimes a scheduled automated task running in your account gets stuck and stops. This might happen for any number of reasons such as your credentials (token or password changed or expired) so our system could not pull the data from your system.
If you have updated your credentials, or otherwise corrected the situation, then you will need to re-start the task that got stopped.
1. Click ADMIN, then TASKS.
2. Click Task List
3. Locate the task that got stuck and click the "Restart Task" button.
