You can easily add, or modify users in your account.  You can also change your password, email address and other user information.  At the bottom of this article, you can also check or un-check to receive all Job Completed email messages which will allow you to receive the Job Completed emails for every single job uploaded to your account.

NOTE: If you want to receive only Job Completed emails from specific messages, then you would need to use the instructions in this related article on adjusting your messages.

STEP 1: Log in to your account on 1-800 Notify.

NOTE: You must have administrator security privileges in order to modify user information.

STEP 2: Click the ADMIN Tab, then double-click on the user's name in the list or highlight their name and click the Modify button.

STEP 3: Change the password or other information.

Now you will see a window come up with two tabs at the top: INFO and ADDRESS.  To change your password, re-enter it twice in the PASSWORD and CONFIRM PASSWORD fields on the INFO tab as shown.  You may also adjust your EMAIL address on this screen.

**_IMPORTANT NOTE: You can only user letters (upper/lower case) and numbers in your password,

no special characters (e.g. space, !, #, &, etc.)_**

To Change your Address, Phone, FAX  or other info, click the ADDRESS tab at the top of the window.

STEP 4: Click SAVE to save your new information.

RECEIVING ALL JOB COMPLETED EMAILS

NOTE: If you want to receive a copy of every JOB COMPLETED email (once the calls and text messages are sent out) for every message from your account, then check the RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS box at the bottom of the INFO tab.  

This is an optional item.  

Please note that if you have multiple messages, this will send you an email from every single message in your account.
