This article shows you how to make Automated Patient Appointment Reminder Calls with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and 1-800 Notify.
 

How to Export Your Schedule from eClinicalWorks to Upload to 1 800 Notify

1.) From the menu select File > Print > **Print Schedule

2.) In the Print Schedule pop-up window, do the following:

a. Select to Display All or individual Facility and Provider(s)

b. To select more than one provider in the list, hold the Control (CTRL) key down while you click on the provider names.

Set From and To dates (usually 1 or 2 work days ahead of today).

c. Click the Export button. 

3.) In the Save As pop-up, do the following:

a. Adjust the Folder in which to save the file, if you desire.

b. Change the file name to the date of your schedule, e.g. 02-08-2016.csv

c. Click Save.

4.) Next, login to 1800notify.com and upload your schedule to start your calling using the steps in this article:
