Trouble Logging In / Can't Login / Login Not working (Clear Cache)

If you are seeing your browser try to download a file called ac8447.swf or ac(any number).swf, then you either need to install Adobe Flash, or you have Adobe Flash disabled in your browser, please see this article HOW TO DOWNLOAD OR ENABLE ADOBE FLASH.

If you do not see the download like above, then you should try clearing your browser's cache (history of visited pages) as shown below. 

STEP 1: PRESS F5 - TRY LOGGING IN AGAIN

Go to our home page (www.1800notify.com) and press F5, then click the LOGIN link in the upper right corner.

If this does not work, then follow the steps below. 

STEP 2: CLEAR THE CACHE IN YOUR BROWSER BY FOLLOWING THE STEPS BELOW

 

NOTE: Different web browsers work differently in how you clear out the cache, so look for your browser below.

Internet Explorer

   Clear the Internet Explorer cache

   To find out which version of Internet Explorer you’re using

1.

In Windows 7 and Windows Vista, click Start. In the search box, enter Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

–or–

In Windows XP, click Start, click All Programs, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

2.

On the menu bar at the top of the Internet Explorer window, click Help, and then click About Internet Explorer. (If you don’t see the menu bar, press the Alt key on your keyboard.)

To clear the Internet Explorer cache in Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 8

From the Start screen, move your cursor to the top right corner of the computer screen, or press the Windows + C keys to display the Charm Bar.

Then click the Search Icon.

  1. On the Apps screen, press the Esc key to hide the Charm Bar and Click the Control Panel in the Windows System section.

  1. Click on Internet Options.

  1. In the General tab, click the Delete Button.  You will now be in the Delete Browsing History window.
    Put a checkmark next to each item you want to delete.  We recommend at least selecting the 
    Temporary Internet files and website files item.  Select that one and click Delete.  
  2. Now try logging into 1-800 Notify and see if that corrected the issue.  If not, repeat the above and try checking more options.

   To clear the Internet Explorer cache in Internet Explorer 9

At the upper-right corner of the Internet Explorer window, click the Toolsicon Tools icon , click Safety, and then click Delete browsing history.

Select the Temporary Internet files check box, clear the other check boxes, and then click Delete.

   To clear the Internet Explorer cache in Internet Explorer 8

At the top of the Internet Explorer window, click the Tools menu, click Delete Browsing History, select the Temporary Internet files check box, and then click Delete. (If you don’t see the Tools menu, press the Alt key on your keyboard.)

   To clear the Internet Explorer cache in Internet Explorer 7

At the top of the Internet Explorer window, click the Tools menu, and then click Delete Browsing History.

2.

Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete files, and then click Yes.
