Troubleshooting RainTree Appointment Call Reminder Upload Issues (Rain Tree)

If you see an error message when you try to upload your schedule file from RainTree, there may be a simple solution.

On the step where you can select fields included in the export process, sometimes a few check boxes can be unchecked by accident.  

Please make sure all the boxes are checked on the bottom of this Filtered Scheduler Printing screen as shown here.
