When the Reminder job is complete, you can have the 1-800 Notify system automatically and securely send a results file (CSV or other format, just ask us) to your SFTP, FTPS or FTP server or attach it to the Job Completed email message.  Using the secure FTP options (FTPS, SFTP) can be very useful if you would like to automatically and securely receive the results of each reminder job you send.

STEP 1: Select Report Format and Enter FTP Login Credentials (one time)

1.1 Login to your account on the 1-800 Notify servers (www.1800notify.com).

1.2 Click on the ADMIN tab on the top row.

1.3 Click the Modify button under the Organization title in the upper left portion of the page.

1.4 Click the Report Options tab in the top of the dialog box that appears.

1.5 Select the CSV Report Type from the drop down at the top.   See CSV file formats and sample report data in this related article.

1.6 Check the box and enter your login credentials next to the transfer protocol you want to use: FTP, FTPS, or SFTP.

1.7 SAVE your settings.  

Now every job that you send to your account will result in a reminder results file being sent to your FTP, FTPS, or SFTP site.

STEP 2: Automatically Receive the Results CSV File for Every Job that is Run

As soon as each calling (and/or texting) job is done, a copy of the results file (CSV or other format) will automatically be placed on your FTP server.

Each file sent to you will have a unique name based on the internal 1-800 Notify Job ID assigned to that job.  Learn about  CSV File Formats and File Names in this related article.  

If you use the psched.exe function ( described in this related article) to upload your reminder job file, you will receive the job ID file as an output of the psched.exe process.
