Trouble Downloading Reports in Google Chrome (Disable PPAPI Plug-in)

Sometimes when you click a Download button or a download link inside the 1-800 Notify web site app using Google Chrome, the download process may not start as it should.  You may see a blank screen or nothing happens at all.  This usually happens due to a specific Chrome Plug-In called PPAPI.  If you disable this, then the download buttons and links will work fine.

1. In Google Chrome's address bar type in chrome://plugins and hit enter.

2. Locate the PPAPI (out-of-process) plugin (it's usually near the top of the list).

1. Click the Disable link to turn this plugin off.

2. You should then see the plug in turn gray to show it has been disabled.
