How to Allow (or Prevent) Duplicate Files to be Uploaded
Sometimes you may want to be able to upload the same calling file (schedule) to the same message. By default 1-800 Notify will prevent this so you don't call the same patients twice with the exact same message. There may be times, however, maybe if you have deleted a calling job and then want to re-upload it that you want to enable duplicate files/messages to be uploaded.
Click on the Admin Tab.
Click the Modify button under organization.
Click the Misc. tab at the top of the dialog box.
Check the box next to *Allow Duplicate Files to be Uploaded *(or un-check it if you want to prevent duplicate files)
