Cannot Send Temp Password (User email not found Error)

If you set up a user, and mistakenly leave a space (or more) at the end of the email address field when you create the user, you will not be able to send that user a temporary password by email.

You will see this error message:



The way to fix this is to edit the user's info and remove any spaces that might be shown at the end of the email address.
