Now, you can easily send phone call or text message appointment reminders from CollaborateMD. If you want to send affordable appointment reminder calls or text messages from CollaborateMD, you can use the service from 1-800 Notify by simply exporting your daily schedule to a text file and uploading it to your HIPAA secure account. It's very easy to setup and use. Once you get going, it just takes about 3 minutes a day to call and/or text all your CollaborateMD patients!
VALIDATE MOBILE PHONE NUMBERS: If you choose, we can auto-detect if the phone number you entered is a valid mobile phone or a land line. If it's a mobile phone and you want us to send a text reminder, we'll do it.

STEP 1: Export the daily schedule to a file from CollaborateMD.
1. Click on the Scheduler icon, then click Print > Daily Schedule as shown.
2. Select the date you want to export (usually 1 or 2 working days ahead) can click PRINT.
3. You should now see the daily schedule come up in the print preview window. Click the SAVE TO FILE button in the lower right corner.
4. Now in the Save window, select a folder where you can easily find the file later when you need to upload it to your account on www.1800notify.com.
Name the file the date of the exported appointments, for example 7-29-16. Click SAVE.
STEP 2: Upload that exported schedule file from CollaborateMD to your account on www.1800notify.com
