How to Change Your Payment Method on File (Credit Card Expires, Change Credit Card, Change Bank Account - PaySimple)

Sometimes you just need to update your credit card or bank account on file with 1-800 Notify.  Maybe your card is about to expire and you need to update the expiration date to the new one.  Or, maybe your card was compromised and you need to switch cards.

This article shows you how to make that update online.

NOTE: This login to change your payment method is not the same as the login information you use to login to our main website at www.1800notify.com.

TO SWITCH THE CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT ON FILE USED FOR PAYMENTS

For security reasons, you won't be able to edit the credit card number or bank account number, you'll have to add a new card or bank account first.  Then, set it as a DEFAULT payment method.

Step 1: Click Add New Account.

Step 2: Enter your Credit/Debit card or ACH (Bank Account Info)

Step 3: Make the new credit card or bank account default by clicking the 3 dots and selecting Make Default.

You will then see the confirm screen, select Yes and Update.

To confirm your new payment method will be used going forward, you will see a little star next to the card number (showing that it's the default method).

A few notes:
1. At this time, you cannot change from using a Credit Card to a ACH (echeck) or vice-versa.
2. You cannot delete old payment methods.  They won't be used, becasue they are no longer default, but if you want us to remove them.  Please contact us using the information below.
